Stronghold Global are a rapidly growing business who supply PPE, Workwear and Site Consumables to businesses across the globe through a unique, market leading portal software solution service. Stronghold were looking for support whilst growing their marketing team and scaling their business.

We developed a solution which saw Stronghold Global transition from a business which typically outsourced a lot of its marketing function, to a business which has a fully functioning in-house department. This was completed through a hybrid of on-site delivery and remote working.

Vibrant Energy Matters are the leading provider of property services in the UK. With over a decade of experience and more than 120,000 jobs completed annually, Vibrant required support during a critical period of transition while establishing their marketing department. 

The objectives of the project were to aid the onboarding and training of a new Marketing Manager, implement and set up their CRM system and provide support in marketing campaign creation and execution.
