Vibrant Energy Matters are the leading provider of property services in the UK. With over a decade of experience and more than 120,000 jobs completed annually, Vibrant required support during a critical period of transition while establishing their marketing department. The objectives of the project were to aid the onboarding and training of a new Marketing Manager, implement and set up their CRM system and provide support in marketing campaign creation and execution.

Solution

Embedded Part-Time Marketing Manager:

To facilitate a smooth transition, we embedded a part-time marketing manager within Vibrant. This approach proved advantageous as it allowed for dedicated expertise without the need for a full-time resource.
