Background and Objectives

Energist UK are an Independent Building Performance Specialist, focusing on building performance – cutting through the complexities of policy, regulations, and sustainable design principles to ensure their clients deliver high quality developments. Energist approached MiStone during a period of significant growth in their marketing department. They sought assistance in aligning their brand with their target market and expanding their in-house team, our objectives were to:

Thought Leadership & Lead Generation Campaigns:

In the building performance space, there is a minefield of legislation and red tape to navigate. Energist UK are true industry leaders in advising and consulting on their matters. We therefore implemented a content marketing and thought leadership strategy by utilising channels and collateral such as organic and paid LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, white papers, and webinars. These initiatives have attracted the right audience to Energist, generating quality inbound leads for the business.

The implementation of thought leadership strategy and the utilisation of multiple channels resulted in a significant increase in inbound leads generated. Energist experienced a notable boost in qualified leads, increasing the potential for sales conversion. During one 6-week campaign, we were able to produce 530 Marketing Qualified Leads.

Energist’s proposition and target market needed aligning to match the quality of service they were providing. We assisted Energist by coordinating third party resources such as: freelance graphic designers, website developers, internal stakeholders, and website agencies.

Additionally, we played a significant role in planning, developing, and executing Energist’s new website, focusing on user experience (UX) journey mapping. This comprehensive rebranding effort aimed to attract their target clients effectively. We also wanted to give the intended audience the correct information in order to increase lead generation and create a valuable information hub in an industry that has a lot of litigation and regulations.

By successfully completing the rebranding and aiding in building the new website, we managed to create a design and layout that specifically caters to the preferences, needs, and interests of their target market. By aligning their website with their target market’s expectations, Energist can establish a stronger connection with their intended audience.

Automation and CRM:

We recognised the need to consolidate Energist’s various communication channels to enhance company productivity and save time. Our objective was to streamline their processes and maximise efficiency by implementing a new customer relationship management (CRM) integration system, Spotler. Through this automation and CRM integration, we increased lead generation and improved overall productivity.

The integration of Spotler allowed for better lead tracking and enhanced sales and marketing funnel management.
