Background and Objectives

Latcham is a leading provider of customer communications and fulfilment solutions, working with clients across highly regulated industries including financial services, healthcare, utilities and the public sector.

When MiStone began working with Latcham in November 2024, they had little to no dedicated in house marketing resource. To keep up with business priorities and support growth, they required immediate marketing support alongside specialist expertise, particularly in HubSpot. We were instructed by a fractional CMO to help deliver this support to Latcham.

Our objectives included:

  • Providing flexible marketing resource to support day-to-day campaigns, on email, LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Creating monthly LinkedIn content calendars, including copywriting, scheduling and reporting.
  • Implementing a structured and effective sales process in HubSpot and support the team with training.
  • Support the development of a new website and digital channels.
  • Deliver integrated campaigns to generate leads and position Latcham as a thought leader.
  • Assist with onboarding and integration of a new in-house marketing hire.
 

Solution

Filling the resource gap:

We embedded ourselves as an extension of Latcham’s team, taking the time to understand their business inside and out. This allowed us to provide hands on delivery across social media, email marketing and content creation. From February 2025 onwards, we introduced consistent LinkedIn management and monthly reporting, resulting in steady audience growth and consistent content.

HubSpot expertise:

As a HubSpot Partner, we redesigned and implemented a brand new sales process tailored to Latcham’s needs. This included running training sessions for sales staff to ensure adoption, optimise efficiency, and maximise the benefits of the new process. We also helped integrate HubSpot forms into their new website (developed with 4D Digital) and supported with content writing for the site launch.

Campaign execution:

In mid 2025, we delivered the Outsourcing 360 Survey campaign, a multichannel initiative combining:

  • Email marketing campaigns
  • Automated LinkedIn outreach through a sales team member account
  • Organic LinkedIn content 


The tool provided organisations with personalised benchmarking reports on their outsourcing practices, positioning Latcham as a trusted advisor while opening valuable new sales conversations.

 
Supporting in house growth:

During our partnership, Latcham hired a new in house marketing team member. We supported their onboarding, and provided training to ensure they were up to speed within their new role, since there are no other marketing experts to learn from in house.


Results

  • Marketing function established where previously no dedicated resource existed.

  • Redesigned HubSpot sales process and successful staff training, including training of 9 team members now actively using HubSpot.

  • New website supported with HubSpot forms and fresh content.

  • Consistent organic LinkedIn presence, audience growth and monthly reporting.

  • On LinkedIn, we achieved a 12% increase in followers and 20,194 impressions between February – September 2025, driven by 60+ organic posts with no paid media.

  • Outsourcing 360 Survey campaign delivered across multiple channels.

  • Smooth onboarding and integration of a new in-house marketing hire, who has now passed probation.
